JLK_Guides - I decided to write these web pages as a reference for myself and other system administrators. I know there are alot of other how-to and guide websites out there, but I wanted to produce material that actually teaches people instead of quick-n-dirty guides where the user accomplishes setting up their system but doesn't quite know how it all works. SysAdminDay.com.au - I run the Australian SysAdminDay website after many years of celebrating System Administrator Appreciation Day. Celebrated each year on the last Friday of July, Ted Kekatos started it all in year 2000, he was inspired to create the special day after seeing a magazine article in which a system administrator was presented with flowers and fruit-baskets by grateful co-workers as thanks for installing new printers.
